Ans:There are 144 clubs at Taipei Campus, Taoyuan Campus and Kinmen Location, divided into 8 categories.

Ans:Club session is arranged by each club; you can visit our website or stop by the club offices for more information.

Ans:This passport is to encourage the students to participate in extracurricular activities and community service, increase their capabilities to develop the virtues of social development. Also, benefit students to apply for scholarships and better employment.          Students can directly apply through the website; record will include all your extra-curricular activities performances, volunteer service, class or club cadres, prize-winning record, scholarship, etc. Before you graduate, don’t forget to apply for the certificate with a complete record of university life.

Ans:This annual major activity held in March and September respectively each year. The purpose is to promote each club and enhance the atmosphere within the school in static and dynamic performances and develop the perfect balance of the personal five domains.

Ans:Volunteers’ main work is to assist students with their club sessions and help the club operation run smoothly. Through experiences exchange and interaction with other volunteers, you can learn a lot of knowledge and skills, and make many friends. You are welcome to join.

Ans:

  1. An average academic score of over 65 and an average conduct score of over 80, and never received a demerit record as punishment.
  2. The elected club leader has a term of office for one academic year, and cannot be replace without any permission from the Extracurricular Activities Section or the Student Affairs Section.

Basic qualifications: An average academic score over 70 and an average conduct score over 80.

Selection standards:

  1. Have conducted academic research which has shown both specialization and creativity.
  2. Have enthusiastic to promote public service.
  3. Have promoted activities well in the capacity of student club leader.
  4. Have shown patriotism and school spirit.
  5. Have made a particularly outstanding performance in on- or off-campus competitions.
  6. Have shown other good behaviors.

    A few nominated representatives will be recommend and report to China Youth Corporation. The elected representatives will be awarded a certificate and represent the university to attend the national or regional Recognition Ceremony which is hold by the China Youth Corporation to celebrate Youth Day.
