Overdue applications will not be taken.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Example: To apply for menstrual leave on March 10, the application must be submitted no later than March 16.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #333333\">2.Students applying for menstrual leave must submit their applications using the &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/YTqVfMJry5BYctsU7\">Menstrual Leave Application<\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333\">&#8221; form. Late applications will not be taken.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #333333\">3.According to Article 3, Section 3 of Regulations for Requesting Leave for Students: Menstrual Leave may be applied for once a month, one day at a time.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333\">Duplicate applications within the same month will not be approved. Example: If a Menstrual Leave was already approved for October 15, and another application is submitted for October 21, the application for October 21 will be denied.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #333333\">4.The application will be processed based on the information provided in the Google form.
