  1. According to Article 1 of Regulations for Requesting Leave for Students: Except for one-day personal leaves, menstrual leaves or mental health leave (within the first two days), all other leave requests require upload of supporting documents through the ” E-Requests and E-Form System”. Leave application should be made within 7 days after the day of absence. Over-due applications will not be taken.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A medical certificate or supporting document is required starting from the first day of sick leave. For example: If the medical certificate is dated January 4, sick leave cannot be filed for January 3. [Note: If unforeseen circumstances prevent medical consultation on the first day of sick leave, please prepare relevant documentation and contact the Student Advising Section of the Student Affairs Division or the Student Affairs Section of the Taoyuan Campus Administration Division.]<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The semester’s courses will end on January 10, 2025. As conduct grades will soon be finalized, students must complete all leave applications by January 16, 2025. Over-due applications will not be taken.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
